Let’s Anti Age ..with food…….It’s a shake!! AVOCADO!!
Hi All…Today I share with you my first anti aging recipe! I hope you all at least try it once…Trust me “it is so good for you” ( this was said with a very strong spanish accent…)lol. REMEMBER I AM NOT A NUTRITIONIST OR A DOCTOR ( I am not even Martha Stewart….) ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE STARTING ANY NEW EATING PLAN…ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING HEALTH CONDITION… ok with that being said…let’s get to shakin’!! You will need : 1/3 fresh pineapple Leave the core in) 1/2 fresh Avocado 1 lime (peeled, leave all the pith on it) 1cup of ice I use a Vita Mix Blender and a Brevelle Juicer both purchased at william sonoma or online! Health Benefits: AVOCADO- Healthy fats-fibre-Vitamin E (very powerful antioxidant) Helps protect against cellular damage, rich in Omega’s goof for the heart, skin,nails and hair! PINEAPPLE JUICE- ( only fresh , no can) Bromelain helps with arthritis an acts as an anti inflammatory..Good source of B1, VitaminC-immune system, protects against free radicals that attack our healthy cells…helps the skin with enzymes–ELASTIC improves hydration!! LIME: aids in weight loss, skincare, good for digestion, helps to rejuvenate the skin and keep it glowing, Studies show that all AID in preventing Cancer!! I hope you all enjoy…let me know!
